Service With A Smile

It’s no secret that Nordstom is known for their customer service, but I never experienced quite the “red carpet” treatment as I did on Saturday. I had a limited amount of time, a specific apparel need and a preconceived idea of what I wanted. My Sales Associate, “Lori” was quick to pick up on my style and quick to pull garments so I could frantically try them on. Not to mention she ran downstairs and pulled 4 pairs of shoes and 4 handbags. Yes, I know what you are thinking, “that’s their job, “they get commission so they should do that” but I can tell you for certain, it made a difference and I will be a return customer specifically to her. I appreciated her attentiveness and valued her expertise.

When researching the boutiques, my partners and I always lean toward the boutiques that had the best customer service. Let’s face it, you can get the same James Perse t-shirt several different places. Why not give your business to someone who appears to want it.

And as my grandma used to say, “You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.”
