Seasoned in LA

So, you’re going to LA and you’re a seasoned traveler. By seasoned I mean, like me, you’re not a twenty-something. You’re more like an over forty-something. Even if you’ve maintained your weight, as you’ve aged your body shape has changed. You no longer can pull off the trendy micro mini skirt, tank top or bikini without looking like you’re trying too hard to look young.

Delve deeper. There’s more to the current trend than “skimpy”. A fashionable sundress and platform sandals or a pair of name brand jeans and an up-to-the minute tunic are very much a part of the current look. If your feet will tolerate them, high heel sandals are definitely “in” and look great on everyone. Throw a giant designer tote over your shoulder and you’ll look like a native.
