I’m going to use one of my least favorite words in describing NY fashion - chic. The NY woman is who most of the world turns to in finding the “it” style. Her clothes can be described as creative and experimental, chic and tailored, fresh and exciting.
Most women wear stunning makeup and have playful hair. The name brand handbag, a fabulous pair of shoes, and minimal accessories are essential.
