Workout Wear

I’m one of those weird people that actually enjoy exercising. I remember going to the gym with my father before school when I was in 6th grade. And even at that age, there were a few things that really drove me crazy; and I still see them now when I work out.
1) Wear appropriate shoes; NO flip flops on the bike and NO Keds on the treadmill.
2) No done up hair or make-up; Come on, you don’t have to look like crap but rolling out of bed for 5:45 spin class with full make-up and curled hair is CRAZY!
3) If you are there to exercise, then EXERCISE! If I have sweat running down my face while in my “zone”, rocking out to my ipod and pushing myself for the last sprint, please don’t expect me to chit chat. There’s a time and a place for that but it isn’t now.
